Working with Hanson Dodge Creative to implement multi country, multi language websites using Sitecore Content Management system.
Implementations include:

Milwaukee World Festival (Summerfest)

• Created Summerfest Jobs website which catered to both prospective and current employees. Prospective employees are able to view open jobs and submit/manage applications for these positions. Employees can use the website to view/manage their schedule, review work hours, and maintain employee profile information.
• Developed a scheduling application which allows department managers to define a budgeted schedule and to schedule employees to the budgeted schedule.
• Worked on HR Administration application which allows the HR department to manage the workflow around the application process.

Roadrunner Transportation Systems - Managed Microsoft Development Group responsible for cutting-edge development of all web applications, web services and stand-alone PC applications at RRTS.

• Implemented custom Membership Provider to move user information to a secure environment.
• Rewrote Bill of Lading pages to improve usability, speed order entry and give the user more functionality.
• Implemented SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) as the corporate web based reporting tool.
• Expanded the use of the Telerik Toolkit to improve the user experience.
• Upgrade Database platform to SQL 2008.

Abbott Labs - Designed and developed enhancements to the corporate Product Maintenance Tools (PMT). Also developed a web based front end to the PMT to allow corporate visability into the product and market comparison information contained in the tool.

Johnson Bank - Designed and developed multiple applications to improve internal communications and process flow. Projects include:

• A web based bonus management tool
• An Active Directory Based console application which identify newly terminated employees and manages the data retention workflow
• A Winform application to assist Payroll Processing for Insurance Sales Reps.

Snap-on Tools - Created a web enabled collaboration tool which allows Snap-on dealer network to place non standard orders called SpecOrders directly with the suppliers. This tool also allows the customer service representatives to review the status of any order and import order information into the ERP system.

Journal Interactive- Designed and lead development of www.SportsBubbler.com. SportsBubbler.com is a WEB2.0 application designed around the Wisconsin Sports community. It allows Wisconsin sports fans to post links, pictures, videos, or original content dealing with Wisconsin Pro College and Prep sports. The site allows article comments, real-time chat, photo gallery, and other widgets. It also has an extensive statistics inventory, including (near) real time game reporting.

Celebrate Wisconsin - Created an e-commerce solution CelebrateWisconsin.com allowing the sales of Wisconsin themed gifts, including shirts, mugs, gift baskets, magnets, and of course, cheese heads.

Dot Line Marine and Tackle - Created an e-commerce solution Mengo-ind.com which allows the sales of fishing nets, tackle equipment, boat ladders and marine equipment.

USADATA.com - Working with GSMarketing Inc, designed, and developed a Sales Scoreboard application. Application displays up to date sales activity as well as month to date and year to date information on large screen displays in the sales area. Responsible for database statistical reporting, web based administration tool, and XML integration with the Flash Front End

USADATA.com - Again working with GSMarketing Inc, Designed, and implemented an Order Fulfillment system to process sales leads orders from the Curves health club chain. Application consisted of two windows services that interacted with multiple web services to create print ready files.
